Shipping & Return Policies

At Superfly Wheels, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to meet your expectations. Please note that some items are subject to a restocking fee. More information about the "Restocking Fee" can be found in the "Returns" section below.

ORDERED ITEMS

Note that Special Orders and Items from the warehouse take longer to arrive to the shop due to shipping times. Customers will be notified by e-mail and/or phone when your order is ready for pick-up--please make sure to leave a valid daytime phone number.

SHIPPING

Some vendors require that their bicycles must be picked up at the store in Pleasanton, CA.  Items that are available for ground shipping fall into 2 categories: in-stock and warehouse.  "In-stock" items may be ready on the same day as ordered, but can take longer.  We will notify you when ready for pick-up.  "Warehouse" items usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days.  You will be notified as soon as your item is ready to be picked up.  Please be sure of sizing and other variables as there is a 50% restocking fee for online orders that are returned.  Customer is responsible for shipping in both directions for any items returned or exchanged.  You may only return a shipped item after you have requested and received an RA# by e-mail.  Any items shipped without an RA# will be refused. 

Note, heavy or oversize items may have additional shipping charges not shown at time of checkout.

RETURNS

Please contact us with any questions you may have about returns. We are here to help!

Returnable Items: Merchandise brought back that appears used is not returnable. Labor fees are not returnable or refundable (e.g. labor fees for custom built wheels.) Returnable items must be returned to the shop within 30 days of original purchase, in original condition/packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Warranty Returns: Manufacturer warranties apply to all products purchased.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply to any returned item. A 50% restocking fee applies to any orders placed online that are returned. A 50% restocking fee applies to items purchased from the warehouse catalog. A 15% restocking fee applies to any bicycle layaway that is cancelled for any reason. A 20% restocking fee applies to Frames, Forks, Bikes and Bike Racks.

  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.

  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.

  • Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.

  • Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund. You can find store hours, address, email and phone number on our store details page.

  • Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.
